GOALS

During the course of study at Chico State University I plan to push my compositional skills and intellectual talents to the very edge. I have been in several different genres as a performer and have composed in a couple of different venues. I will push this out as far as I can.

I plan to learn to compose for the silver-screen, select current compositions by known, and unknown artists, to use for parts of the movies, and to learn the trade by working in it.

With the advent of the computer and the explosion of the market place to produce great musical software and hardware the task of the composer, and film composer, has been lightened: in that finding an orchestra to rehearse parts before going on the sound stage. The massive expenses of getting a demo tape together for auditions has been cut nearly to the bone.

With a little help from some of the philanthropists in the world I will be able to join the current standard and begin work rather quickly.
